Not really. Covered a number of times before, general concensus is a bit of Forte once in a while is helpful, but thats about it.

Though using a quality fuel can help more

if subect comes to injector cleaners , they are not good friends with

seals and gaskets..Much better and safer taking the injectors out and

using sonic cleaning methods..

Been using Redex with every tankful for the past 10 years (two omegas)... no problems whatsoever, no damage to seals, plugs, lamda sensors and all the other horror stories found on the Internet.

As for their usefulness, these are basically detergents that keep the fuels system clean, but if you use any 97 fuel (not jut Shell V-Power) it will already have the detergent in it.

Never would, never have used any additives, heard some bad reports over the years about these types of products.

There are many types on the market, cant trust any of them if the subject is my engine..

unless they are tested for long term and the results are reported

officially..
