help please ,going bankrupt,
« on: 28 September 2011, 17:13:51 »

My 2.2 dti which is my main car for my business, had a swirl flap break off and go into no 1 cylinder resulting in bent valve.ive had new manifold, reconditioned injectors, new glow plugs, cleaned plenum chamber and egr valve and of course new valve.on starting up for first time it is not running right and sounds as if missing and lacks power, codes are p0400 critical system malfunction and p1125 critical system injection pump malfunction. garage checked all pipes and elbows for leaks . ivebeen off the road for nearly 2 wks and getting desperate any info would be gratefull. local dealers are usless they just want to change parts and give you a huge bill.

Another dti running rough! Sounds like mine (see topic I posted yesterday). Can you video and put on YouTube? Wonder if there are any similarities??
