the dates coming up the 4th of december is going to be best for me due to othe commitments. If you want to create a poll you can set one up bigyin but my dates are somewhat limited as i work shifts.
Where in south wales are you?
At the moment there has been only a couple who have shown interest in the meet and with the time of year the weather could change very quickly and none of would be able to get anywhere if it is like last winter.
It may be worth looking at a mini meet for now and look at a larger one for next year when the weather improves maybe april, may or june time

i agree with that comment we was snowed in last year it depends on the weather as i live on a mountain and if we get a bit off snow all traffic stops

i live on the top end off the rhymney valley thats why i said it a bit far for me we used to go to porthcawl with the caravan thats why i know that area

I'm in the same situation, and agree that a mini-meet is sensibly the way forward here, all things considered.
If anyone wishes to post a Poll, then they're free to do so of course.

Still, there's three weeks to go, so maybe other members will declare an interest in the interim. ;)

Big pit would be a bit too far out for myself especially with it being a small meet and you also have to request permission to use the parking area.
The miners museum would be fine, I believe Seth had made contact there to see about use of the Car park.
