I heard an interview with one of the pikey women on the radio this morning. She was complaining that the police and baliffs had forced there way into the site WTF  did she expect them to do? politely tap on the first layer of the six barragades that had been set up and say "excuse me would you please consider leaving the site that you are not supposed to have been on for the last ten years"? Oh by the way thats a" pretty please with a cherry on  the top"

I had to watch that twice before I figured out what he was saying.. The bloke who did my block paved drive (well, actually, two Polish blokes did it for him) talked the same way - I only got one in three words..

Caught up with some of this on the news last night, wasters the lot of them.

Saw TV interview with a couple of women complaining that they have been 'knocked over' and one saying she had been 'strangled'.  Well guess what, tough crap you shouldn't have been there, you were all given plenty of notice to leave, if you choose to stay and get in the way thats your lookout.

However, having said all that, I expect to see a large number of claims going on against the Police

The radio news tonight was saying something along the lines of "The remainder of the travellers have decided to leave peacefully. Most of them have decided to move to the legal plot next door."

Sorry, what? You mean they could have happily been next door, legally, all this time, yet chose to cause millions of pounds worth of trouble by being 200yds away illegally?
