earthquake was in east part about 800-900 kms far from me.. its cold there and no electricity.. upto now around 100 dead 400 wounded as far as I know

My son is in Turkey. He landed in Turkey yesterday and is near Dalaman. I've looked at the map and it appears quite a distance from where the earthquake was but can you please confirm this. He isn't answering his mobile phone but he has a habit of returning calls when it's convenient to him.

take  a deep breath and be sure he is in the safest area of my country ..
 
this place is more then 1500 kms far from earthquake area..weather is hot so he even cant catch cold
 
probably he is tired from the road either is in sleep or is in a noisy place..
 
in case you have problems to reach him I can call neccessary offices but I dont want to ruin his holliday
