It's very watered down, compared to the original concept car, the iroc.

Yep, difficult to see what it brings to the party to be honest, they would have been better off calling it a Golf Coupe rather than dig up the old Scirocco name.

One of teh guys at work has one and even he admits that its a major compromise as the cabin is small, the ride quite harsh yet its not actualy that quick or nimble a car (by modern standards)

Agreed. The original Scirocco designed by Guigiaro, was a really pretty little car,the new one imo is anything but.
Has anyone seen one of the new Mini coupes yet ? Fugly or what !!
