MAJOR Rant
« on: 13 March 2008, 19:37:04 »

Some of you will recall my recent thread about paypal refunding a buyer despite me proving with online tracking that the item had been delivered.

Well.... they have now suspended my account over my negative balance...

I just went royally bloody nuts and their dispute agents in dublin.. and told them I would approach the police for fraud, because the buyer had the item and my money.

He said "ah yes sir, it's possible an agent made a mistake, we will review your account and IN MY OPINION it should go in your favour.

Bloody better had...

Of course I would never bother the police over £40 odd as they have better things to do.... but I think the determined threat of it was enough to make them realise I'm not messing about!!

I'm currently going threough a similar ordeal.
Sold a phone to a guy in India, paid for it, posted it, good feedback etc then next thing I know I receive a chargeback from paypal.
Turns out he has done the same for the other 4 people he has bought a phone from too.
The appeal went in his favour, after talking to paypal, they were unaware of the other transactions, just going through all of the listings now writing my letter of appeal, oppsing idiots!!
