I'm sure that's what they used to shout round our way when I was a nipper. Pinner area then. Remember the hoarse and cart certainly. Even remember Dad commenting ooh is that the rag and bone man...? Are they still going?

Refered to as pikeys these days, in a transit van usually.

Still get them with horse and cart down this end, only in doncaster can you get stuck behind said contraption on a dual carriagway through the town centre

It's always good when the local caravan utilising nomadic travellers use their vans to block a DC for the purpose of a horse race...
