As Most new cars now have daytime running lights (some of which are Blue tint LED's) the police probably wouldnt even bother stopping you. If worried stick some standard ones back in. ;)

because one of the side lights on SWMBO's car is such a bugger to get at, I replaced them with led type. Unfortunately they are a lot bluer than I wanted, but they stayed in due to the hassle of fitting them. I specifically as my MOT tester about them, he said he wasn't bothered about side lights, just headlights.  ;)

dont know but herd it coming from police stop coming from car in fornt, police man talking cound not here what said then herd the driver shout £60 fine £60. then police man gave him a ticket.... when it was my turn asked police man.

I have always believed that the £60 jobbies are endorsable, and I know that a breach of C&U regs where lighting is concerned never used to carry points....I guess that's changed now so they can screw us for a little bit more  :(
