2 points IMHO ...

1. The "fumes" should be scavenged away by the breather system, as they are not it would seem the breathers need a good clean.

2. What is causing the fumes .... if the fumes are combustion gases, then the rings and/or valve seals may be damaged .. compression test to check ... if the fumes are water vapour it could be that the engine has done a lot of short runs - which causes condensation to collect in the oil system - and on this video it is now "hot" for the first time and the water is leaving the system through heating.

Breathers only remove extraneous gases.. they don't stop their production, which needs proper investigation IMHO

Some fumes and smoke is normal, but thats excessive. Clean breathers, will do no harm at all. The breather system should be consuming those fumes to be consumed by combustion and cats.

Suggest checking plug wells for oil, as all that pressure has to relieve somewhere.
