Assuming the code read is correct ......

As a complete guess, it is "possible" that IF .. big IF.. the aircon pump has failed/siezed AND the cutout relay has failed/become disconnected (which would give the error code) then .. IF the clutch has engaged to the failed/siezed pump the engine is now trying to drive the failed/siezed pump which would be a large mechanical load .... this MIGHT be felt as a rough running/misfire ???

Loads of IF's and MIGHT's in there......  which I don't like .... but possible worth a look at the aircon pump/clutch whilst the engine is running ???

If the pump HAS failed ..?.... then a short drive belt is a quick way of getting around the problem

I think the code may be nothing to do with your misfire problem.Check the plug wells for oil. ;)

Ac related.

Re miss fire check for oil in plug wells. Caused by failed cam cover gaskets/blocked breathers. Use genuine only.

Clean icv then light oil won't hurt either.
