Ive just had a phone call from a static pikey wagon currently being used by one of our members somewhere in the lakes and apparently all the slaggings on this thread have to be aimed at the 2 turncoats and thats official :P

Having not done one of these we're really looking forward to it.. but a couple of questions if I may ??

1. Is arrival on site Friday evening OK ?

2. How is payment/final booking done - through Chopsdad (lot of work for him) or direct to the site with a reference from here- or some other way ??

I'm sure we'll think of something else stupid to ask .. but that'll do for now !!!

last time it varied as to whether the Friday or the Saturday, depending on how far some folks had to travel.  Friday is OK.

It was upto the individuals to pay their bill themselves last time.  When booking, we quoted the OOF meet.  We will get confirmation no doubt as to what reference to use this time around...

Couldn't you do the booking on company note paper Broocie, make the right impression sort of thing. ;D ;D ;D

Thanks for that ... :) all I have to do now is work out who I owe "beer thanks" to for all the help I've had ... probabably have to get a bigger cold box ......

A fair bit of work gets done on cars - I had my belt and tensioners done last time - as well as a few beers, a couple of games of football, shopping trips etc etc.  Basically a chance to do the same as we don on line, but face to face, as it were....   ;D
