Help in loading my own picture

Anyone online right now who could tell how to load a picture from "My Pictures" on my PC to replace my "Flintstone" logo on the forum.

Resize to a suitable size (in pixels), host somewhere such as photobucket.

Make sure he resizes the image to a suitable size :)

register here for photobucket
http://photobucket.com/register/?ref=homejoin

Then use the Browse button on the Photobucket page after you have registered and logged in,, Choose the file from your pc, click upload, wait for it to upload this may take a few mins, on the new page after uploading, give it a title and description if you want or simply click save and continue, then locat you pic on the new page and click IMG Code, it will auto copy the link then paste the link into your user cp on Omega forum.
