Temperature Problems

Hi all having problem with my temperature read with my mig I started it cold tonight to run down the shop bout mile and half down road by the time I got to shop it had reached 97-100 and stayed at 100 with the fans kicking in and going off again only went down to 97 is this normal

Sounds very abnormal to me.  Possibly water-pump failing. 
Does it have a healthy level of antifreeze in the coolant?

Had coolant leaks wiv no leak visable my temperature just seams to be up n down n if I have aircon on it sticks to about 95 give or take couple of degrees
