I reckon that's probably a date printed on the bottom of the label - "15.06.10-12.48"?

I had a problem with mine sounding last year when I started Burt, so I got an old T-shirt, stuffed it in the siren, disconected the wires & hammered a chisel through it. Problem solved  ;D :y
