Broardband issues - again!

Hi Chaps,

been having issues again tonight, net running very slow, online games crashing and even youtube buffering!!

does the below look right? I'm sure it's not but what does it all mean?

The speed test means nothing TBH.  Its a pointless thing to do.

Although the latency is high at times, and the packet drops are high, I guess thats ICMP echo-reply, which, by design, is very low priority traffic, and thus dropped/delayed first.

Report it to the ISP if your internet isn't working as you expect.
