that sort of thing but the one specific to the omega have timing tools at work but not the one for the omega and dont know anyone with one did do my 3.0 without one but better if i can get one just makes life a bit easier :y :y

Yeah i did my first cambelt change on my 2.5 V6 omega.  It was scary sh*t even with the tools (which i borrowed) I would of been bricking it without, or might not even of attempted it.  Turning that key the first time i was holding my breath!
Do you need the little cam lockers or the crankshaft thing or both?

It is, and gives further savings as the roller adjuster spanner is included. As is the Torx socket for the crank pulley. No other kit (I have seen) includes these two extra items.
