Hi,
i need little help. well i have problem with heating inside car. Heating is very poor.
working engine  temperature is 92 degrees,and vents blowing strong but temperature is low.
almost cold. Everything i check looks ok only under the hood rear side engine heat valve (vacuum pipe) is disconnected and i can t find where to connect.
When i put T junction on vacuum system my vent start blow very cold.
What can i do ?
Authorized opel service is not a option becouse they know less than i do.I been in 2 opel services and they do more damage then little kids.
Heating matrix is changed, cooling matrix is changed,new coolant
Omega B 2.0 16V
year 1998
installed gas system

may need a new heat bypass valve...connection may have snapped of the one thats on now,hence you cant see where its connects..imo...

there should be a small vacuum pipe on top of the hbv, but it not being there is not your problem no vacuum= hbv allows heat through to the cabin, i would hazard a quess at hbv fubared, diaphram stuck, so new hbv required 

read your op again- check for any airlocks or blockages in the system aswell

Check for vac leaks anywhere in the vac system...

thanks for advice, but is there any easy way to check vac system ?
there are a milion pipes and junction specially on gas system
I try to reset AC ( stop+auto, key on position 2 ) system start to reset but no results
I have vac pipe on top hbv not connected. Well, ebay again...  hbv must be replaced.

i saw it on old site, so some one in the know maybe able to help you find it. if you look at other heating problems you may find the page. be warn'd there are are loads to look at.

This is what i found but it is for V6, i drive diferent model.
it is not same system.(checked)

This may help, but isn't complete. Pics and description relate to a RHD '95 2.0 16V, without A/C.  The pictures show only the connections to and from the EGR valve and purge valve.

Additonal vac pipes go from: - throttle body (front side of) to fuel pressure regulator at the front end of the fuel rail
                                       - two small pipes (just seen in second picture, top left) going from main brake servo vacuum pipe to a) secondary air injection flap valve (near PAS reservoir) and, b) into the scuttle to a vac reservoir, near pollen filter.

From this vac reservoir there is another pipe coming back out of the scuttle and into where the heater matrix coolant pipes go through into the cabin.  If you have A/C, and so an HBV, there'll be another pipe coming out of the cabin at this same area, going to the top of the HBV.

I can take some more pictures and sketch the system (tomorrow) if it would be helpful.

No, I can't help you with that, our car has no HBV.
I'll try to get some more pictures up today, and a diagram of the engine bay with all the pipes marked.
Not having vacuum to the HBV won't cause lack of heat though, as fiend61 has said.  A vacuum leak (unconnected pipe)might cause problems with the cabin heater control system though, possibly causing cold air to be mixed with heated air even though set to max heat.

OK, here's some more stuff for you. Not sure what stuff is mirrored when steering wheel is on the other side of the car.

Brake servo non-return valve with two small vac pipes going to SAI solenoid and vac reservoir:

This is it ! Problem solved.
hbv is changed. vacuum connected.
there was problem with flow of fluid through the system.
Venting the system solved problem.
