my favourite car (excluding omega)  has to be any of the 6 granadas scorpio's  i had  :y  4 of them cosworths, so comfy and powerful eats up the motorways as if sitting in your own armchair at home  :y   BUT i had a tendency to blow them up  :-[ :-[  hence the number of them i had, last one i had was the cossie ultima and even though still comfy and powerful with lots of toys them frog eyes had a lot to answer for, they then started to go into decline with bits getting harder and harder to get and even harder to find a decent roadworthy one, so switched to the omega and havent looked back  :y  oh except for my 3.2 vec  ;D

Agreed. Definately. The Mk3 Granada was already known as the Scorpio.
Mine, a few days before it was sold. Silly move  :'(

maybe some guys will laugh at this but mine was old fiat Croma.
Lousy amd I mean lousy plastic interior, but it was quite comfortable, went well, secure(I had a direct collision with the car from other direction which hit my passenger side) The fiat was repaired relatively cheaply and didnt suffer much damage. Other car was Kadett and it was written of, luckily no one was injured.
The engine never halted even when it lost all oil and I mean all.
Even then only small repair was necessary.
