All road users, hate all other road users especially those in other types of vehicles as it stops them progressing in a hassle free way. It is like during the rush hour we ALL complain about congestion as if it is a third party problem (everybody else), if we are driving on that road, we are part of that congestion.

When I drive my car, motorcycle or bike, I obey the law as much as possible and try to drive as safely as possible, which includes being very defensive on a motorbike and bike as regardless who's fault it is your the one who gets hurt.
I like to have good situation awareness, so you can anticipate other motorists doing stupid things and try to be considerate to all other road users, use my indications (hand signals on bike), so other road users know what I'm doing, rather than having to guess.

I see and have seen, very bad, dangerous driving by all types of road users but I also see much sensible considerate driving from all types as well. Everybody makes mistakes, including me, I accept that which is why I'm reasonable tolerant on other peoples mistakes. The road users I hate are the moronic cretins, who have no road sense and are far too arrogant, important, and in such a hurry, for the law any other sort of consideration to possibly apply to them and are quite happy to recklessly endanger not only their own and passengers lives but those of other road users as well.

This sort of cretin can range from a pedestrian
dodging cars crossing the road, yards from a pedestrian crossing, cyclists jumping lights to idiots doing 60mph+ showing off on a Saturday afternoon in a busy high street (yes, I've seen it down Camberley High Street).
If you asked me to pick out a group of road users who are generally the most skilled and courteous, then it would probably be HGV drivers and the most reckless (especially towards cyclists), young drivers, parents doing the school run and taxi drivers.
The reason cyclists tend not to use cycle paths is that most of them are useless and not fit for purpose and if you are a high speed cyclist then cycle / pedestrian paths are more dangerous than cycling on the road as hitting a pedestrian at speed will hurt you and them and have caused fatalities.
When I used to belong to Farnborough and Camberley cycle club and was very, very fit, (I wish I was that fit now!) I used to do 100-200 miles a week on my bike and do 20-25mph on the flat and up to 50mph down hills and there were cyclists much faster than me who could average 30-32mph on flat, many of whom did time trialing and racing with a few becoming professional cyclists. This sort of cycling with cycle paths and pedestrians is much, much too dangerous.
When I used to go out with the cycle club on a Sunday morning, we would typically do 50 to 60 miles, using country roads as much as possible, so we caused the least disruption to other road users, the roads were much quieter than they are now, but did we occasional cause minor congestion, yes, just like 30 to 50 cars using the same stretch of road would.

The British used to be known for their tolerance and respect for each other. Since the 1960's this has got progressively worse and is something, regretfully, pretty much lost from our society, with the selfish, me first, it's me 'uman rights ain't it, attitude all too prevalent now.
