A phone call too late
« on: 20 February 2012, 18:07:20 »

I've been looking for an Auto 2.2 Sport on and off of late, hoping that I could find one more locally-ish!

Spotted this one
http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/2001-VAUXHALL-OMEGA-16V-SPORT-AUTO-SILVER-/150762580817?pt=Automobiles_UK&hash=item231a266b51

Made a phone call earlier hoping I could get my mitts on it first, just a call to say I'm too late  :'( .
Someone up Northumberland beat me to it... Anyone on here by any chance.... lucky git  ;) ::)

My way of thinking to.  Though the 2.2 sports in good nick are not easy to come by, and less I would imagine in Auto format - The look out continues  :y

Cheers for that Rob.

1st one - Estate looks nice, but I'm after a saloon.

2nd one - seen that one, but its too far away for me to look over to be honest.

3rd one - After an auto. This one's a manual and I suspect that it's a CD that's got an Mv6 interior change + wheels?  Front bumper looks to be a non Mv6 / sport bumper, and there's no boot spoiler either.  And what looks to be a dodgy looking BMW sport badge on the boot  ::)

Cheers anyhow  :y

Day out in Scotland?

It's in the colour I'd love to have as well  :) - Too damn far away from me, as wouldn't want to be disapointed if it turns out not to be like it says in the advert  :'(

Thanks for the offer Hoody.  ;)

Its a little more complecated with me being able to just jump in and drive it back.  I would need a lowloader to bring it back, which I have a contact for but wouldn't want to think about the expense of going that route!

There's bound to be one nearer this way sometime I'm sure.
