horn and windscreen washers

hi all, got problem  with horns on elite estate, the wiring on both plugs from loom to horns are corroded and not enough to join too. vx said i need new loom to put right  :( but surely there must be something else i can do, can anyone help due for mot in april need to sort out soon. also vx want £120 sobs for both washer motors as these are corroded as well. is this a good price? help please.

replace it from a scraped one go to local scrap yard prob get one under a £5. for wires, motor a few £s.

I had same problem on both my horns. Fortunately, I had some spare bits of loom from Goldie, so I just used those.

PM one of the breakers here for a short length of loom to solder/heatshrink on.  Same for washer stuff :y

have most vx 96 on got same pushon plugs too horns?

Yeah, it corrodes right next to plug. So I got plugs, complete with 3" of loom, from a breaker, and soldered and heatshrunk them on in place of the existing plugs...
