brummy MOT help
« on: 11 March 2008, 09:53:18 »

can anyone recommend a local omega-loving mechanic that can fix allsorts and do the MOT near me?

looking at Sutton Coldfield/Birmingham/Lichfield/West Bromwich/Walsall/Tamworth etc

my car needs some love to get through both service and mot this year! There's wobbles from the front (possibly arms or brakes or both), holes in the exhaust (before and after both silencers!!) and at least one sides rocker gasket needs doing.

hope you guys n gals can help!  :y

One last Omega on the drive, one Corsa on the lawn...maybe they'll go to a good home before too long!

Thanks all for your tips, help and contacts all :).

However biggest thanks of all to Timbuk!!!!  :y :y :y

With expert preparation, my Car flew through it's MOT - in only just enough time for a Happy Meal!

And servicing too, we managed (no thanks to Vx Telford dopies ) to replace the exhaust, all the cam gaskets and plugs, oil, filters, even the climate control and pesky lamps! With lots of cleaning and even new headlamp washers my car hasn't felt so good. Just need to clear out the boot eh Doug!!

Looking forward to a return trip to the sticks for new lower arms soon! (Before my tyres wear too much more!!)

Happy Days :)

loving the twin pipes  8-) 8-)
