110 in a 2.0 carlton.
130 ish as passenger on a motorbike (never again!)

I know which was scariest - the slowest one.

this is an unfair question for me. For most of my working life I've been involved in the design and testing of cars. I shouldn't really say what the fastest I've been on the public road is, but suffice it to say, it doesn't begin with a "1" 

and Germany before anyone asks.

You reminded me of the clocks in my old 300ZX - 300kph aftermarket clocks converted to MPH with a box and a sticker.. bloke in the tyre place actually asked me if it really did 300mph
