Trump and Clinton are both correct about each other. In their own different ways they are both sleazy crooks, and neither of them is remotely fit for high public office.
As for the U.K. Its early days for May and her government. There has been some impressive talk (the rivers of Rudd speech aside) but talk is cheap. Time will tell.
Labour - Corbyn will carry on with his loony left, Marxist agenda until they get slaughtered at the next elelection, and then the moderates will tear him apart.
Libdems - finished. Nuff said.
UKIP. They have a big problem. Farage is UKIP, and as soon as he takes one step back, they start fighting like ferrets in a sack. The north of England is there for them to take. Labour could be finished in the north if UKIP get their act together, but imo, if they don't sort them selves out within the next 6 months, then they should disband and merge back into the Tory party.
First thing they need to do is expel Carswell, Suzanne Evans and the ludicrous Neil Hamilton.

My needs are a very economical car and a car I actually enjoy owning and driving. The Omega is the second one.
Having said that, it could be going up for sale soon as I have seen a car I would enjoy even more. Problem is its somewhere near Chester.
I suspect getting from here to there would involve a long day and several trains.  ::)
Theres also the fact that I have put a lot of money and time into the Omega in 5 months of ownership, and I will never get it back when I sell it. But then I knew that when I spent the money.
Anyway - we are on this earth but a short time, so imo, you should find something you really like and go for it. The enjoyment from owning and driving it should more than make up for the money it costs you.
They say our last regrets are usually about the things we didn't do rather than the things we did.  ;)
A bit philosophical for a Monday morning.  ;D
Have you been reading books again, Paddy?  ;D

You offer a word of kind advice to a thieving scouse T wat and that's the thanks you get.  ;D

Congratulations. :y

From a personal perspective, Im not far off 60, and no prospect whatsoever of grandkids coming along. Im more than happy for it to stay that way.
Will probably feel differently if it ever happens though.

A lot of car for £200.
5 years ago I would have dismantled it for parts ,but Im past that now. Would have made a good breaker for one of the OOFbreakers though.  :)
Surprised you didn't buy it back at that price, just for the NCDC and CID that had been retrofitted since you had it.

Looked good in the photos.

You can go off people you know.  >:(                 ;D

I told the guy I sold it to 6 months ago, all the mods I did to it. He said he wasn't really interested as he never keeps cars longer than 6 months.
Sure enough, 6 months later it pops up on ebay.
Honest as the day is long me, unlike those people from that place in the north west, just opposite Gods own wee country.  :P ;D

I had two Acer Aspires, and they both fell apart. Specifically the hinges between the screen and keyboard broke the plastic chassis on both, due to poor design and / or cheap parts. Wouldn't buy another.

All standard Omega parts, apart from arguably the polybushes.  :)

It would be a much shorter conversation if we had a list of what is "in" rather than the list of what is "out".  :D ;D

Elite 17" alloys with good tyres. Cambelt overdue, wheel alignment needs doing, one scabby arch.
