engine and box running fine, also been fitted with rear blind.
passed a UK mot in July, brand new Vauxhall expansion bottle fitted 2 months ago.
looking for someone to take whole car as nor the time or space to strip for parts.
could deliver in Devon or Cornwall for fuel cost.
open to sensible offers.
Sorry to post in parts section but as selling for parts thought best place, please move if needed.
Cheers

« on: 29 May 2013, 18:38:25 »
Thanks for the replies will check for availability of water pump and try to find time to change.
Only need it to drive From Gibraltar to Santander  then it can be garaged until i can do all jobs needed.

On tyre front will just have to buy 2 new ones and again fix everything in UK.

Omega General Help / Water pump

Hi Guys my water pump has decided to have a wobbly.
Question is can i change the pump without disturbing the cam belt.
I am packing up to move back to UK and don`t need this at the moment.
The cam belt is due in another 15k anyway but haven`t got the money or time to replace now.
Oh and just to top it off both front tyres worn on extreme inside edge so have to be replaced, can`t wait to get back to the land of easily obtainable parts and a ramp. :y

Its a measurement which starts from the rim, up the wall of the tyre, across the width of the tyre and then down the opposite wall to the rim again.

Sorry but NO the 205/215 measurment is the section width of the tyre then the 55 is what percentage of the first figure the hight of the sidewall

Omega General Help / Re: headlight levers
« on: 21 January 2013, 16:12:13 »
Easy to check if headlight correct
Just dive up to a wall or fence at night stopping about 2m short and look at the headlight beam pattern, if beams angles up to left then all ok if beam is straight across then adjust.

Edit:-  Must type faster  ;D ;D ;D ;D

This is indeed a very sad incident indeed, i agree with a lot of the coments that have already been posted.
However the "Aussie" pair started a ripple in a teacup which the worlds media quickly turned into a storm.
Yes i believe there are sides to this we do not and may never know, but now the media which i feel caused the most pain should back off for the sake of her family.

Just my Tpence worth and my thoughts go out to her family :( :( :(

It depends on if you are adding for a reason or as part of service.

For an italian tune up less than 1/4 tank :y :y :y :y :y :y :y

Buy or borrow a small dehumidifier, you will need to run an extension lead to the car for 24 hours.

I use them on boats all the time amazing how much water they shift.
