TBH I do see your point, if everyone started taking in phone vid clips etc to the Police then they would be overwhelmed - I actually agree with you for the most on that one.

As far as entrapment goes, entrapment is when the Police unlawfully attempt to get someone done for something, if a member of public tried to "set up" another MoP then it would be incitement (pretty much same thing, though)...

I do think there are SOME circumstances (very exceptional ones) when video evidence should be reviewed if there (Eg, if someone is hurt) but for the day to day idiots you see - in order to follow up every snippet of that you'd need to multiply the current Police Forces tenfold!

Entrapment/Incitement. Same thing.

If they started using video, you know better than most, some chav would go and throw a brick through someone's car, then record the owner beating the crap out of the culprit.  And who would get banged up?

It will be a sad day if our Police Forces went down that line.

I agree - while from one angle, I think if not used in a "tell tale" manner it could be useful - I too would hate to see it become compulsary to record everything. Way too big brother and IMO a breach of privacy. ... and I also agree about the negative effects it would have.

Not much here.  Most of the sit down food places are Indians.  No sit down chinky.  The Thai in town is poor, not tried the new Italain yet.

Only made it in the Loco once, was full of (then) BAR personnel getting excited about cars driving round in circles at high speed.  Never made it down that far since (live up other end of town).

Brackley is slowly growing on me, I'm beginning to enjoy the peace now...
