Must have started quite a while ago then. Jack Brabham and Jackie Stewart received Knighthoods for doing the same.  ;)

And they deserved it that's the difference, not like the bunch of arseholes who get them now.

Hamilton has won more races, titles etc. than both of them together, so he should have had two Knighthoods.  :)

When I lived in Australia in the 1990's describing a person of Mediterranean decent or origin a 'wog' seemed commonplace and perfectly acceptable, but even then slightly cringeworthy to my delicate English ears!  ::)  :-X  ;D

And one day driving along listening to Sydney's Triple J (Kinda like Radio 1) on the radio, they were talking about the upcoming test series between Australia and Pakistan, the DJ opened the discussion with " So the Paki's are coming to town!  Waddaya think? " :o 

You wouldn't have heard that on the BBC even in the 1990's!  ;D
