Far more worthy " ordinary" people out there than luvvies & as someone else said somebody who drives a car fast in circles, don't give a toss if they have a Sir in front of their name , cuts no ice with me, met too many people who are up themselves in my lifetime.

Very well deserved too. Most successful driver ever, who started from very humble beginnings. An inspiration for our youth, hopefully.
Leaving aside the BLM stuff, hes living proof that if you have the drive, commitment and focus, you can can achieve your full potential in life.  :y

Should anyone, regardless of colour, receive this honour for driving a car around in circles. Celeb honours are in 'in thing' now. Previously, people needed to achieve something important.

Ah well.... ;D

Must have started quite a while ago then. Jack Brabham and Jackie Stewart received Knighthoods for doing the same.  ;)

Even sadder than that, 35 is the number of people who will have anything to do with him.
Many of them are here.
Make of that what you will

Hamilton has won more races, titles etc. than both of them together, so he should have had two Knighthoods.  :)
