BBC's 606 forum named the player yesterday...I'm guessing its still up - maybe the lawyers dont get back til monday  ;)

but theres no point in oof getting caught in the crossfire - agreed  :y

having said that, all bets may be off - the Sunday Herald up heres just gone and named him saying it was ridiculous to pretend no one knows  :o

I'm sitting having a cup of tea, waiting for the grand prix and looking up at me from my Sunday Herald is the face of the footballer at the centre of the Imogengate/twittergate thing and i cant tell you, on an open forum, who that is?

I'm beginning to think the worlds gone mad - this isnt Saudi or North Korea yet is it?  :o

It really has become a farce when 10 seconds of googling and all is revealled but to name the individual on an open forum risks legal action. As they say "The law is an ass."

Thank you Jimbob, I still haven't heard a final word from the last lot of lawyers that my forum hosting got me in trouble with  :'(
