aye, its the what have you got to do on the next one...

the engine is so sweet, even approaching 140k, after Marks HG etc work, it really does drive beautifully.

Its one of those cars I am unreasonably attached too, just can't see past those jobs, the oil leak especially, cam cover done 3 times, and still has a very intermittant leak somewhere, leaks and smokes like hell, then nothing for weeks.  I dunno, fed up with it.  been battling that airbag issue for 3 years.  Very, very sorry to say it, but I think the end is coming.  :'( :'( :'( :'( :'(

Thats how it got with mine after 5 years, had trouble free motoring for 4 years, then eveything seems to come at once with Omega's  :'(

If it isn't the plug then maybe it is the crimped connections in the pins in the plug :-/

Crimped connections are generally reliable but maybe GM trapped the insulation in one of the pins in your connector.

Yep... Mine have no outward signs of leaking but got a puff of smoke the other day... 8 or 9 months ago had a little (and it was a little) oil in the plug wells... But not a regular leak and no evidence of it :-/ :-/

Just connect a pipe to a bin liner and place it on the side of your seat wit the pipe under the seat.

If you get into a 'situation' your farts would be enough to inflate a small bouncy castle!

Well, disconnecting the battery made no difference, seat back off, connector off, quick spray of cleaner and reassemble, and jobs a goodun.

I give up, ill just do this every now and again....
