So really its all down to cost....

Far from it, IMO. If the spec is broadly similar, and Microdroop stop behaving like Nazis it will be xbox for me, due to the superior game play. Not that I've used mine for games for ages, but if xbox1 has blu ray then there simply is no need for the ps to exist, esp as I have no Sony back catalogue to speak of either.

So its probably not that Sony kicked Microsoft's arris. More that Microsoft nearly cut their own throat, eejits! ::)

The Xbox is shaping up nicely I think, it's also how the my will devlop it over next few years.

Not relevent, as neither will offer much compatibility with previous generation console games, both learnt that the hard way with the 360/ps3

In al honesty, it wasnt relevant anyway. Compatable or not. :P
