19 is your crank sensor, probably your best starting point...
57 and 74 MAF / Idle air from memory

http://www.topbuzz.co.uk/info/fault_codes/fault_codes.htm

I had 57 and 74's intermittantly....A red herring from the egr valve...
Does yours look sooty at all, if so blank the bugger off.

2 torx bolts, remove gasket, use gasket as template on bit of coke can, gasket back on, new coke can blanking plate one, screw egr back down, got rid of those 2 codes for me

Could be an old stored code though.....thats where a real scantool helps coz you can clear the faults!

I assume everything is plugged in properly?

Anyway, you fault codes mean

9 - does not exist
13 - 1-3-5 cylidner O2 sensor open circuit.
19 - Incorrect RPM
74 - MAF volatge high
57 - IACV voltage low
14 - Coolant temp voltage low
5 - does not exist.

Can you read teh codes again please.....
