Part num, 3.0v6 crank sensor?
« on: 17 April 2009, 11:42:51 »

Hi chaps,

Fault code 19 and dodgy starting so new crank sensor required!

£90 quid from stealers FFS so may go pattern, stealers werent sure if this is the right one and web search shows a bit of confusion over types/shapes.

Any feedback on pattern ones welcome but definitive part number would be helpful. mini facelift made in 99 but registered in 2000.

think thats the oval connector one.

I know a lot of people have bought pattern ones and they HAVENT solved the issue.

You may be lucky, or you maybe adding the cost of a cheap one to a good one.

Is there someone local with tradecard access could help you out?

or pm andyc (i think) he can likely supply you a new genuine one cheaper than that.

Likely to be oval plug one bud - 90492061 - £43.04 + VAT on Trade Club - believe AndyC will give you similar prices.  He certainly ships parts quickly :y
