As has been said, mileage not necessarily a problem if it's been looked after. Neglected oil changes will block the breathers and cause the cam cover gaskets to fail. Not a desperate problem to fix, but a good bartering point. Worth a few quick oil changes to clean it out, and a clean of the breather system if the current oil looks a bit tired.
Likewise, neglected coolant causes the oil cooler to corrode and you get oil in the coolant. Play the "it's the head gasket" card to beat the price down then swap the oil cooler. Parts a little over £100 for that job.

Can also corrode the oil cooler cover plate and cause a leak. Coolant leaks from the head gaskets not unheard of, again, caused by neglected coolant.
Cam belt
must be done every 40k / 4 years. Not a difficult job for a man of your calibre but another bartering point.

Multiram system can often fail or the vac pipes be damaged / badly connected. Not an issue to fix normally.
Might find a noisy SAI blower under the passenger side wheel arch. Not an issue, can be disconnected / removed.
Exhaust manifold gaskets can blow, and are awkward to change. Especially noticeable for the first few seconds after a cold start.
Does have a DMF but the relatively small number of issues we see suggests it's reliable. If it's on the original clutch that might not be long to this world, of course.
Check all the panel lights come on and extinguish individually after engine start. ABS/TC failure not unknown, so check speedo works reliably. Might be worth taking a paperclip and reading the guide to code reading.
Other than that, I'm sure you're aware of all the body / chassis issues, G.
