I aint had one since January 2nd, the first month is the hardest. No probs now, I now have £350 in a bottle in 3 months, i put my ciggy money in the bottle each day.....

Hope you are OK, we went away over the weekend, bl**dy cold, but a change, noticed i was still logged on all weekend though, forgot to log off, must have been the Whisky.

 On Friday my daughter came home from school in tears ,after a bit of cuddling and being made a fuss of it transpires she'd just had a lesson on the effects of smoking. So one thing led to another i played hell with the school and now Ive stopped smoking .Simple int it
