I also have the halfords 150 piece....

A handy set, if like me you like everything in one place.

Always easy to find what you want.

Bad points
Spanners are thin, so can hurt to use.
Some of the torx bits seem to be made of plastacine :(
Ive broken 2 now, last one on the oil drain plug!

The lifetime guarantee is helpful and easy to use...
Just take the broken piece into any halfords (no need for receipt) and they swap it there and then  :y

In fact, recently, I've turned in to a tool junkie, can't help myself.  If only I knew how to use them ;D

Would you like to sniff my Snap On's?  ;D ;D ;D ;D

I've had no issues with the torx bits (other than Omegatoy losing them in his car earlier ;D).

As to the spanners. Yes, thin, uncomfortable on tight nuts, but ever so useful when you need thin spanners, such as caliper bolts ;), so they definately have their uses.

Only Halfords Pro stuff I've busted is the 1/2" to 3/8" adapters. They've changed without question.

The rachets (the 3 for sockets, and the 3 racket spanners) are not cover by lifetime guarantee.
