When can I put wanted and for sale adverts on?

I still dont seem to be able to put an advert on. Have I not got enough posts, or is it another reason?
maybe I am doing something wrong?? :'(

you need 250 posts to access that section....

but we make allowances for wanted ad's.

place your advert in the test zone and i will move it for you.
