The legal side needs addressing. I'm a big ugly so & so with real contempt for these little tinkers & as some have said i would'nt trade words with such lowlife scum, attack is the best form of defence but one good hit or headbutt can result in a broken nose, jaw, eye damage, plus what can be done with certain body blows etc.
   I've no qualms with leaving such scum with bleeding bones, they deserve it, but in court I'd be the bad bloke. No fault lies with the police, they hate these winkers as much as we do but their hands are tied with redtape CPS etc. I don't want to get nicked for assault or have my house/car damaged, i hav'nt got much but why should some lowlife take/break it?
    I really wish such situations did'nt arise 'cos i'm a mellow sort of bloke really, i've had no bother, but if i did there's only one way to deal with it. >:(

Round here he would of been nicked on A section 5 public order act and yes carrying an offensive weapon ( or going equipped)
9 times out of ten it depends on which officer turns up at the time.
I work in the security sector at a shopping centre and some of the police officers are proper nutters. I wont go into too much detail.... :y
