No  not that one   
I think ive pulled a muscle in my chest, it dont half bloody hurt! sharp pain every time i breath in and total agony when i caugh or sneeze.

Never pulled a muscle...they always clam up on me

Damaged the muscles between my ribs before playing football - one of the most inconvenient pains ever, couldn't move, cough or even breathe without pain

It does suck, Ive had to come home from boat, matey helped me get me stuff back to car but i couldnt keep walking up with the dog    gone bloody cold now anyway tho

Had busted and crack ribs. Also cracked my sternum. I feel your pain. Even bloody farting can hurt

lol pulled my back twice... once pushing the t5 - i knew the petrol was low but didnt think it was as LOW as it was and atm i have to bump start the mega as starter inhibitor soldering has broken i think so was tryin to push it off drive wednesday, was basically half pickin up the drivers side of the car and pulled my back lol, woke up in agony this morn! lol!

it's also a symptom of High blood pressure causing heart problems..... amongst other related issues....   

  i'd strongly urge you to get it checked sooner rather than later



(  i made the same mistake, assuming it to be "nothing "  and found out the hard way, admitted to cardiology unit , diagnosed with heart failure.....  )

I dont think its heart failure, unless someones moved my heart to the side, if it gets worse or carrys on i will call the doc.
I pulled my back 2 weeks ago too lol i really am falling aprt!

It's been a very long time since I've found any muscles to pull!

my mistake, as it were,   was assuming much the same,/

there's a viral infection of the membrane around the muscles / ribs commonly called "devil's grip"

i had it some 15 years back....    and this felt much the same.....    so carried on,  struggling to breathe....   assuming it would pass....

never pulled a muscle....but once got off with a really attractive whelk..

Had the same a few years back pulled a chest muscle try to free a wheel bolt on a merc laid me up for days, and i went through the shame of going to the hospital and having an ECG, Pain full
