I really don't see a problem, if the loop hole is there to evade tax then I would use it if I were in a wealthy position.
It is up to the government to ensure that people pay tax and close the shambles they have created, why blame an individual for legally exploiting a the system they created.

Agreed Jimmy Carr is an rsol.

However he was not doing anything illegal - if he'd kept his big gob shut nobody would have been any the wiser and he would have continued to be "in pocket".  Like many I regard the current tax system as legalised robbery, and like many try to minimise its negative effects on my income.  Don't blame anyone for trying.
