If someone is as daft as he is dare i say it he deserves it    but surely if you buy it and pay for it its yours no matter the price ?

Seen this a few times now.  People put a low 'buy it now' price and then list the proper price in the listing, to try and avoid paying ebay and paypal fees.  If anyone tries to pull them up on it, they just pretend they made an error with the price.

I'm afraid it's just another example of the type of timewasting idiots that Ebay is full of nowadays! 

Autotrader is the same. You see loads of cars listed for just less than £1000 and than in the description it'll say something like .... this car is £1700 etc. It's cheaper to advertise sub £1000 cars than car over that price.

I had an email from him....asking when i was coming to collect the car......then because i didnt respond straight away....he sent me another email saying he was relisting it.....lol! what a muppet

Clearly shows that he has someone bidding on his items, and only his items.  Either a 2nd ebay account or a mate.

I always check this info when bidding on a car...
