Why does down pipe need replacing? Do not use pattern parts they sound awful, mid & rear sections you can get from Eternal, its £75 cat back for an exhaust from them.

If its because flexi has gone, find somewhere able to weld in a new flexi

Yes, its available, about £20 from egay iirc. Most fast-fit places won't have the ability to weld it in though. Maybe a local member can, or try a local engineering firm :y

Thanks, welding not a prob,  i have a Mig welder. Thought maybe it would just require cutting out and the replacement would be a clamp fitting for both ends. Do you know what size i need?

Thanks again

The only ones I've seen are weld-in replacements

Something like this, although never used this place before:

http://exhaustpartsuk.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&products_id=1307

Make sure its welded as close to original as before, because even if its just a fraction longer it can push the first mid section turn very close to the heat shield and cause a rattle at idle  :y
