While waiting for the sensors to arrive I'll have a look at the fuel pump and relay's tomorrow. Is the fuel pump for the 2.2 Mig in the fuel tank?
yes in tank and not easy to get out have to push the 3 clips back t same time and pull out, can somtime doit with a wiggle but fiddley with the space there is.

Thanks again freecall666. :y

I checked out both this morning and they are fine. Got a replacement cam sensor delivered today too, swapped it in and same issue...car will turn over on the key but won't fire. My last hope is if a replacement crank sensor will do the trick, though I believe the 2.2's will actually run on a faulty one?

Did you find out what the problem was with your's?

Edit: I just spotted the issue with your car. Mine had an ECU/Immobiliser/Transponder changed a few months ago so I don't think that's the issue...also no fault codes showing on my car.

Cheers Mark. I'm not looking forward to doing the crank sensor...but needs must! ;D
I did notice that there's a loose connector block with a single wire (black/blue) tucked down by the ECU. Anyone know what this is for?

No spark at the plugs so I reckon it's the DIS pack that's failed...unlikely that all 4 plugs would fail at once.

Brand new DIS pack fitted, still no spark. With ignition key switched to position 2 I'm getting power at #1 and #2 on the DIS electrical connector ...is this correct?

Hi,
I removed the DIS pack and inserted the plugs directly into it. Then tested for a spark on each plug with an earthed piece of metal (old jump leads). The plugs are wet with petrol too after removing them from the head.
