I reckon it depends on the way the eggs are prepared.
Should the eggs be soft and fluffy (in the classic sense) then the addition of beans with their sauce would not appear to me to be in the least appetizing.
For a breakfast I would stick to the eggs only (add a wee bit of smoked salmon or pancetta if you're feeling flush – or buy them when on offer, they freeze well) serve them with some good seed bread toasted and spread with butter and wash the lot down with freshly made real coffee.
Aside from the culinary niceties of whatever the received wisdom is on this question, the important thing is to ensure that a breakfast is taken in the first place as part of any sensible nutritional regime. By adopting such a regime any undue surges or dips in blood glucose levels can be avoided thus helping to prevent overeating or craving foods that may well be detrimental to good health.
Just my two Euro cent's worth - not lecturing or finger wagging. Right?!!
