As I am lucky enough to have reached 75 and am (touches head for good luck) reasonably fit, I strongly recommend the male members of the forum to go to the WellMan clinic at their local surgery for an MOT, and, if over 45 or so, request a PSA and cholestorol check while there. Early warning is the way to prevent future ill health.

I must note , some of our organs are not covered with nerves, so you wont feel any warning or pain.. and is fed by only a single vena.. the organ I'm talking about is liver..  and when it gives up there is no cure for it..

cancer is not a destiny.. avoidable before it comes.. exercise, lots of C vitamin are prooved protectors (even excess dose)

Yes, some scientists calculated off ( with interpolation ) that every people need 4000gramm of C vit per day  seems a bit much though...
