if you have been busted(caught out ) would you continue to dig yourself a hole or would you cough up ( tell all)?

the reason i ask is because.........................

i have caught my hubby out be he still fails to admit the truth, and now wonders why i have a problem!!! :-/

help me out fellas please explain what i dont understand!

There used to be a saying ... "when in the naff stop digging" ...

However, I would caution asking for marital advice in a public forum .... who knows what answers you might get, and the reasoning behind such answers.

Also, Hubby might not take kindly to it and "dig his heels in" .. so making things worse.

At the end of the day only the two of you can sort this, and it can only be done by communicating properly with each other.

men dont like to admit their  wrong eventually they convince themselves there right
never admit to anythink only if it makes them look good

Oh we talk more so then all my mates. but i was just askin for an insight into the blokes mind!

i mean hubby dont even think to look on here to start with...

i am open minded and dont mind what others think/ thier opinon thas partly why i asked.... to see the other point of view and not the womens tunnel vission.

well he has some pictures on the pc which he told me he recived yesterday and said i could check.......so i did!

he got them the day i went to my dads house for 2 days.  NOT happy i have said about this and he keeps tellin me i am jelous and worried about nothing but am i! i would worry if he told me the truth to start with!!!

Nor do I Marie!  Over the years I have known many men do this, and to keep denying it must be some form of macho defence mechanism as they are naturally programmed to go on the 'wild side' every so often.

You will just have to resolve this between the two of you, which he will finally do if he really loves you.

People do very stupid things sometimes, but when they get caught so often they still think they can get away with it by telling lies.
But as we all know it only makes the hole bigger.

Having been caught he should face the music so you can work through you problem together.

ok so i did the confrontation thing and got the "stop being so stupid, you have nothing to worry about" then when we talked about it later he just changed the subject.

this is the first problem i 5 years i have ever had!
