I would punish the act like this.   That's okay that they are public actors as members of the Royal Family but they are private individuals as well. It should be dicided that they were in private or not at the moment of shots if yes the paparazzi can go to prison as somebody who tresspassed upon someone else's human rights. So simply.

well, I didnt..  3 internet newspapers had her in the first page.. and I didnt know even who she was.. I thought she must be important as there was nothing special in those amateur pictures.. and I clicked the link and see the details..
