We've had this discussion before. Reviled as he is, the police won't dare lay a finger on him in such a high-profile case. When he is sentenced to life, he will be feared and admired in equal measure by the lifers who keep him company.
It's a shitty world and I often hanker for the good old days when people who commited such crimes were assured of 'suspended' sentence.
Could not agree more.  :y :y

Sadly, unlike kiddie fiddlers, he won't have any issues in prison  :(
Don't you believe it. I'm guessing you're not that familiar with how things work inside...

No one likes the ones that mess with kids, they often get slashed while guards look other way.

But cop killers? Considering most inside hate the law, I can't see it being the same?

I thought cop killers were respected by other inmates, probably will have a tough time at the hands of the wardens

nope...wardens don't like them either

Yes. They'd have shot him for sure. Then the IPCC would have recommended they be prosecuted.

2 unarmed women...

That will keep them looking over their shoulders, assuming he's not isolated for his own safety.

Difficult as it is to believe, most inmates have a sense of right and wrong, and most believe in sorting out their own justice, knowing how ineffective the official justice is  :-X

'Most inmates' are petty criminals and drug dealers who would shit themselves at the sight of him.

Since the rope was abolished every now and then it's been raised that it should be brought bacfor the murder of a police officer in the line of duty. This I do not agree with as I don't think their life any more precious than anyone elses.Bring back the rope by all means but for the murder of anyone. My sympathies go to the families of the murdered police women. If we are not to have capital punishment ,then I believe that a life sentence should mean exactly what it says on the tin, LIFE!

One of the few times I agree with capital punishment. This b*stard KNEW they were unarmed women police officers and chose to KILL them, deliberately and intentionally.
Sorry if you don't agree with me, but lethal injection, gas chamber, electrocution, whatever. . Waste of breath.

Without a deterrent then these physco's willl carry on, not only should we bring back the death penalty but punishments that fit the crime, and by that I mean HARD TIME no luxury. Ten years should mean 10 years not 5 for pleading guilty, 2 in a prison, 18 months in an open one and out on tag after 6 months :y

I blame all these freakin liberals. >:( >:(

May the WPC's rest in peace, and that their families are looked after.

Don't you believe it. I'm guessing you're not that familiar with how things work inside... Do tell TB. Or are you talking about having your X-Box in your cell, along with your TV, stereo etc. But then of course there's the hardship of going to the gym every day, and the plentiful supply of drugs, and for a price, a mobile phone.... Familiar things inside, pretty much the same as outside....  >:(

being tied down, with no food or water, left to starve and dehydrate to death would be cheaper, if a little longer. Certain things in life make you wish there was a god. That way people would face judgement
