well i have just decided.

i have had my last smoke!!!!!

Well hubby decided for me really i refuse to go out and buy any and so does he so he said thats it he quits! well so do i! its what i have been waiting for sounds like a naff excuse but it time!

well as you know i am a red head and stubborness comes with the hair when i have made up my mind i have made up my mind!

just wonder how long the hubby is going to last before he caves in! :-/ :-/

Well done Marie  :y Think of the extra money you can spend on the Miggy !!!!

If you both stick at it together you both have more chance of lasting the distance.

Tell you what ... if you can say, hand on heart, that you haven't smoked in 6 weeks time, I will send £20 to Macmillan Nurses.

Your on! Sounds like a good bet to me! tell you what ill do the same ill match your £20.

Its getting through the next 2days that will be the problem at work i dont have a problem just dont go out to the smoking area and i dont smoke!

I have never smoked but several of my friends used to smoke. Most of them have now given up.

Me and the other half quit about 8 weeks ago, have tried loads of times with no luck but this time its been really easy think its cause both of us are doing it and i am now at the stage where the smoke no longer makes me want one it just stinks now. So good luck and stick at it, its worth it trust me. :y

i did it with nicotine gum-may 2000.believe it or not i,m still chewing the bloody stuff. :-[ :-[
